Limon Ivy Luxury Lingerie

Dear Customer,

Lady Gaga sets the trend this week . Whether they are on show or hidden big knickers rule!

Walk Out in Your Big Knickers

Thanks to singer Lady GaGa’s wacky public appearances in London, there has been a rise in the sale of big knickers that have outstripped thongs for the first time in Britain, says a study.  There has been a 25 percent increase in sales of the so-called ‘Bridget Jones’ knickers by the major consumer segment of teenagers, says lingerie expert Annette Warburton, from Debenhams, which carried out the study.

A lingerie store in Birmingham  was quoted as saying, "We thought it was strange that we were seeing girls as young as 16 buying our black low-leg control pants with no obvious bumps to hide. It was only when sales staff reported back their findings that we discovered how young women were copying Lady Gaga’s style and wearing them as hot pants on the night club circuit."

And Finally a Request From Me

Having recently been in talks with Oxfam, I am forming a small group of 6 women in Africa who will work together by running their own small community shop selling bras.  This will enable the women, some single parents, a chance to build a future for themselves and their young families.

Limon Ivy Friends this is where i need your help and generosity, as shortly I will be asking you all to donate one of your own bras.

In developing countries where school girls and women often do not own any underwear, a bra is not just seen as a functional piece of clothing, but something as simple as underwear gives women prestige and confidence.

Thank you in advance and I know we can make this work together.

Jo
